This was pretty simple really. I chose a sparkly fabric for the vest because idols always should have extra bling! It's lined in soft cotton rib. I wanted to add fishing line into the hem of the side swoosh things but the fabric was extremely thin and temperamental so I just roll hemmed it as best as I could. I used both gray and white fabric for it since it's sort of a gradient in-game but I didn't have time to attempt dying. I think it gives a similar effect. I just used boots I had that were close enough and added the scallop trim. For a fun hall costume I didn't care about super-accurate boots. I'm pretty pleased with the crochet-sort of lace fabric I found for the skirt.
