This idea came about while the 3 of us were driving around Anaheim shopping for fabric and going to a rainy japanese food festival. We wanted something cool for Comikaze and thought of doing dragons (of course I was on board with this). We though doing the GoT dragons would be cool and after first sketching original ideas, we came up with the idea of doing existing Dany dresses just in the dragons' color schemes. Then we got to work! I learned how to do the dragonscale smocking the actual GoT costume designer used on the real show dresses. I also showed the girls how I do my wings, which is so much hand sewing and I'm so sorry T_T Kaeatri is the wig wizard. I designed the bracers and we all painted them slightly different shades to match our colors.

We ended up winning 3rd place group at Comikaze!!
