I had the old japanese manga volumes back in the day, and though this villain only exists for about 3 pages, I was instantly obsessed with her design and had to be her. Luckily she was given a color page in the materials guide so I had more to go off of than black & white halftone pictures. I was pretty proud of my wings and wish I had an acceptable wig available to me (back then curly wigs were basically clown curls)
