The skirt and apron I patterned myself and were both made from cotton I found at SAS. There is a bow above the apron ties with heavy interfacing in it, and the edges of the apron were finished with the only decorative stitch my machine had. I used a hoop skirt underneath which I also made myself. The head scarf was made from quilter's cotton with two strips of bias tape to tie it back. The flower was made from felt hot glued to a hair clip. The shirt came from my closet and the ribbon is just some grosgrain with the ends sealed with hot glue.
I kinda skimped on details to get this done in time, but it was a lot of fun wearing this to host the Hetalia Cafe at Sabo 2011.
