Made for Dragoncon 2012

This was my second version of Belle's ballgown, I just wanted to try a different take on it.

The bodice and skirt are a deep yellow taffeta, with layers of different organzas. The shoulderpiece I pleated and beaded. The skirt sections were all pleated taffeta again, with more layers of organza. I added large and small roses and gold trim, and beaded a lot of the skirt sections.
The gloves I bought and dyed, the shoes I bought and added trim to. The wig is from Arda - I added the widows peak.
In 2013 I wore this with my Marie Antoinette hoopskirt instead of my round hoopskirt. I liked it much better but it needs some tweaks to fit it correctly - hopefully will have some new pictures soon :)
