Yo!
Warning: Diary Entry Shtuf
This cosplay sat, unfinished, a cardboard box for about seventeen months.
Initially intended for a masquerade, it was a cosplay that was more or less pushed on me by a partner. Granted, I like Ciel as a character, but he wasn't on my list of things to do. Anywho, things fell through, with both the entry and my former cosplay buddy. So in a box it went. I tried to finish it time and time again, but found it tedious and pointless to do so.
A photographer buddy of mine got a new lens and wanted to test it out before he attended Fanime. He's also one of the few people I know that likes Kuroshitsuji (I know, weird, but it's true.) And thus the Earl of Phantomhive saw the light of day.
He's more enjoyable to cosplay than I thought. :3
Construction Notes:
For the seventeen months it was boxed up, I thought it to be nearly complete. However, I was very, very wrong. I disassembled just about all of the coat, and then put it back together after making SEVERE adjustments. The shorts, at least, looked okay, despite how atrociously the zipper was put in. I also underestimated the difficulty of eyepatches. . .
I made the coat, vest, shorts, and eyepatch. I do not take credit for the other items.

This photoshoot was super fun!
