When I heard Courtoon and Mango Sirene were putting together a genderbent Doctor Who group and trying to get all 11 doctors, I knew I had to join in on the fun! The group thankfully allowed me to be their 7th doctor. His outfit is so over the top, but I love it and knew it would be easily translatable to a female version that would be cute and recognizable. I purchased all the pieces for the costume. The only “construction” I had to do was draw the pattern on the vest with a stencil and fabric markers.
