This is the first costume I ever sewed. Skirt was made using a Burda pattern for a box-pleated skirt and shortening the length. The top required drafting my own pattern. I purchased three petticoats in order to make the skirt extra poofy: a long one, a short one, and one with three layers and ribbon trim. Gold heels were purchased on eBay and then I added foam/feather wings with velcro. I used gold vinyl trim from Joann’s to make the leg straps. The pink hearts were made using this tutorial. Gun was purchased off Taobao and wings were purchased on Amazon and then modified to have clear straps. I also purchased rings similar in style to the ones she wears and clip on hoop and magnetic ball earrings. Wig came pre-styled from MoeMall, but definitely needed re-styling (especially the bangs) and I added the ahoge.
