I threw this dress together in a weekend so that I could wear it for a day trip to CTcon. I used a basic full length dress pattern and made a mock up of the front and back pieces. I then measured out the stripes and cut them out of the appropriate colored cotton fabric. The dress is fully lined and the belt, sandals, and sweater were things I already owned. I also made a cute tote to carry around my stuff by gluing rainbow colored rhinestones onto a premade tote.

My wig is the same one that I used for my Lady hanbok costume. The wig was originally a long curly wig. It was staightened with a hair straightener and coated with Motion's Oil Sheen to prevent it from tangling. The horn is made from aluminum foil covered in sculpy and painted with white pearlescent paint. The horn is supported by (and attached to the wig with) several lengths of 12 gauge wire.
