The coat is lined in a dark blue, with the extra folded over and used as the outer trim on the coat’s edges. The purple collar is attached to the coat and double interfaced so it’d stay firm. I used plain 1/2” white double-fold bias tape for the white trim on both the cuffs and collar, and then opened up 1/2” double-fold bias tape, trimmed it down to probably 1/3-3/8” (after pressing it back into a “bias tape” form/shape), for the trim on the coat. The armbands are attached using velcro, and I ended up using a maroon-ish cotton blend, and later realized something with a little stretch would have been a better choice probably.

The vest was made from leftovers from another vest, and because this turned out to be a last minute costume, I ended up gluing the buttons on and using velcro to close the vest (something I’d like to fix properly for next time if possible).
