Kate Bush is one of my all time favorite artists and Wuthering Heights is my favorite song. I've been wanting to make this costume for a looong time. I wanted to have it done for MAGfest but it just didn't happen, but hopefully soon you will see me dancing to Wuthering Heights in this dress at a con near you.
