This costume took me 7 months to make on and off and over 250+ hours. I researched for 2 months of the process to really know what i wanted. When i started this cosplay the movie had just come out and there were no cosplays made yet other than 2 that were not screen accurate. Patterns were very hard to find. I choose to take artistic liberties on this project due to how many Elsas there was going to be once i finished this cosplay. I made sure to make mine stand out. Choices were made throughout the project making it my own. Originally the corset was going to just be the sequin fabric that I had purchased but I wasn't pleased with the close up look to it so rhinestones were added. There are 8000 rhinestones on the entire costume (estimated). The corset was also a two person project since i hadn't ever made one myself. With the help of my friend Ruth this gorgeous piece was born.
