Two skirts, 2 circle skirts per tier and then 2 circles to line. Stuffed with Crinoline to give it some volume instead of horsehair. I am happier with the look of the crinoline compared to the horsehair overall.
Top is a basic vest pattern I heavily modified with a mandarin collar added to the pattern. Two darts on each side of the breasts and a detachable zipper down the center. Ruffles took the longest and thank goodness for my husbano's assistance in this. Ruffles hand stitched to the vest.
Bow is roughly 40" long on the tails and made from a nice soft fabric I forgot the name of. Band wraps around the neck and clips into the bow. Usually tucked under the purple ruffles on the collar so it doesn't stand too much out.
Gloves were bought and altered with the pointed wrists. Shoes were original thigh highs that I (cry) cut down to below the knee and V shaped the front. Stockings were opaque and painted on by the two wonderful men in my life (boyfriend and best male friend). Need to redo the bunny ears at the top as the wire didn't stay in tact and lets them flop around a lot. Hopefully more pictures as soon as that is finished.
Overall a really not complicated costume besides just the multiple layering of the skirts and lining them to be fluffy. Probably what took a majority of my time.
