The dress is a basic dress pattern. The gold details were painted on with a template. The blue diamond accents were done by making a papercraft diamond and using brush on latex mold. I used 1.5 inch googly eyes and craft foam for the belt. The harp was made from a cardboard base with a cardboard skeleton. Covered with model magic and a layer of paper mache. The strings are fishing wire. The wig was the hardest part for me. After a couple failed attempts, I got extra wefts and added them to the front hair pieces. I used foam hair curlers to bulk up the pieces even more. I wrapped the wig fiber around the curlers and secured it with a few rubber bands. The back I wasn't as concerned with so I just folded up the end. (I'm not sure how to describe it) Ribbons are bias tape.
