This was actually my first cosplay contest that I ever entered and the contest happened to be on my birthday. It was sort of last minute for me to join so I thought a bubble head nurse would be easy plus I always wanted to try to cosplay as one. I won first place for "most accurate". Best birthday ever. XD The Pyramid head that took pic with me won first place overall. His cosplay was awesome and he was nice too! First worn on Oct 2010
