Jack Frost wig from EpicCosplay. Both costumes were closet cosplays with alterations. The Jack Frost staff was all handmade, PVC pipe paper mache and hand painted. The Jacket was bought from Walmart and hand hand painted, the leggings were bought wrapped with ribbon on the bottom. The Vanellope Jacket was bought, the skirt was handmade and the hair clippings were made of real candy and ABC letter stickers. The tights were originally just plain blue, but later on the stripes were sewn for the tights from an old t-shirt.
