I still have a lot of work I want to do on this costume, but I'm really excited to do more with it!

All the purple brocade is hand dyed, amounting to about 7 yards of dying. The bodice is fully boned and features two different trims on the top, though I'm planning to add more along the sides and some beading along the top. I'm also planning to lengthen the sleeves and add the pink undersleeves as shown in the reference picture.

The petticoat is broadcloth with about 8 layers of flexible boning; I'll likely go back and add one more layer, but I think it functions decently as it is. There's also a bum roll underneath the skirt for adding volume.

The skirt is fairly straight forward, though I may go back and add more trims to it. I also need to finish the necklace and the hat, as I was not able to make them in time for the con; I'll likely finish those up for the Maryland Renaissance Fair, which is when I plan to next wear this outfit.
