Before I say anything. This was for GaiaOnline's cosplay contest they had back in I don't remember. 2009? Somewhere around there. It's a cute outfit and I still enjoy it, I wore it for a casual cosplay meet up in 2014 as well.
Drafted the patterns and sewed the skirt, gloves, apron and hat. Made the ice cream with model magic and acrylic paints. Found the perfect shirt at Value Village. Tie was found at Value village as well, and I attached the ribbon. Hair pins were made with painted foam and hair pins.
