This costume I made to be part of a Soul Eater group my friends had been building through the years. It happened that part of the cosplay family got into a specific series and managed to get other members to join a bigger group a few months later, or even a few years later!

Kid is definitely one of the characters I liked the most, and one I could see myself cosplaying as (along with Maka, she's a cutie!). I was intent on making his flying skateboard, even though I can't skate to save my life XD Let's say I only used it as a prop anyway... haha. His wig didn't seem so terrible at first, but it ended up being an absolute nightmare that I barely managed to finish the morning of the day I was wearing him, with the help of a very good friend who kept me from dropping the project entirely. I'm just SO BAD with wig styling, sobs. I was also super sick and cranky that day. :(

But in the end, having the big group together was a lot of fun! I think we were pretty awesome! :D
