Tomoyo was a huge crush, as a character: She’s optimistic, quiet and mature but also really mischievous, and has a caring, loving heart. This has been my most detailed, complex, and expensive costume so far, and I’m really proud of it. I even used my real hair for the most part! :)

I really learned a LOT of new techniques while making it, and all the love I’ve received for it couldn’t make me happier. It gave me confidence, and I now feel like I can tackle other ambitious projects without being too afraid. As a side bonus, all kinds of very precious memories are linked to this costume.

I really hope I can cosplay as other versions of Tomoyo in the future, whether it’s from a world from the manga, the anime, or just a pretty artwork! … Although by then I suppose I won’t exactly look young enough anymore… (?) … Who cares!? ;)

This costume has been retired, seeing as the headdress got damaged during the last photoshoot (going in a bushy forest with such attire isn't simple business, I tell you!), and that I don't have long hair anymore.
