My roommate and I were going to go to the cherry blossum festival in New York. We wanted light cosplays to pack. I had planned on making a kigu, but it failed spectacualerly a week before we were set to leave, and I discovered I have enough crap to pull together this in a week.

This outfit litterally cost me about $20. I already had all of the fabric, and the wig. I just needed the scrub-top pattern (two bucks at Wal-Mart), knee-hi socks ($3), and then the shoes ($10). Can't beat it right?
