I found the tie and thus the costume was born. The brown is a polyester knit. The lace was gold and put on in a layer at the bottom because the game's lace is larger on the bottom of the skirt. Pretty simple, but I was super happy with my old age makeup for this costume.

I love my some creepy occult ladies. Honestly, probably one of my favorite parts of Silent Hill is how creepy and insane the occult is. No shoes? Shaving their eyebrows? Ranting for no reason? Yep. They're the best.
