I whipped up this costume for a Halloween party and to enter it into the EGL live journal community's Halloween coord contest. It was a lot of fun to put together, but also a lot more effort than I thought it would take. I butchered so many old household electronics devices and had fun gluing the little pieces to jewelry boxes and such to make the mechanical looking parts. My favorite thing about the costume was the way the eyepiece turned out. I didn't have a plan going into it but just started gluing some pieces together and it turned out really cool looking!

Acquired skill: Sourcing weird parts from places

Assembled items: Eyepiece, metal half-skirt
Everything else was purchased or pre-owned and just put together to make a quick costume
