After cosplaying Navi, I decided I wanted to get into cosplaying for real! This was the first costume I made myself. With every costume I do, I try to practice learning a new skill. The skill learned this time was reading and modifying patterns, and I had a lot of help from my mother. I also made the honekoneko plushie as well! I learned A LOT from this project and a lot of the skills I learned here have definitely been honed and used in all of my future costumes. I'm really happy with the way it turned out, and it remains one of my favorites to this day!
