I made this out of a white/cream colored twill and then used tea bags and acrylic paints for the dying process. I made the hat and my husband helped me pick out pieces for the pipe. Mask was made out of plaster strips, painted, and sealed with matte spray paint. I've had this thing for 3 years now and it's honestly one of my favorite things to wear. In the pictures below I'm the one wearing the badge. I do both of our makeup. I also did the stressing on her dress. it was a last minute thing a week before a con so we had no time to make something or really afford it. I found that dress at a thrift shop and its worked out just fine.
