All fabric for this costume I had lying around, which is why some colours are not accurate.
Photography: DQ Photos
- Wig -
Bought second hand
- Uniform -
Featuring two box pleats at the front and one at the back. Waistband attached. The shoulder straps are sewn on to the waistband and cross together at the back (to be more accurate, they should come together at the back in a v-shape but I missed this detail and did what I could to replicate it).
The skirt part was cut out to my biggest measurement (my hips), plus 20cm per pleat (20*3 = 60cm). The pleat was made bigger at the top to compensate for my waist, which is smaller than my hips.
- Shirt -
Made from an old pattern
- Hairclips -
THEY WERE SUPER BAD AND LAST MINUTE
Carved out of EVA foam, painted and then attached to hair clips
- Shoes -
I had black flats lying around so I simply got a piece of elastic and made it into two circles to put around my feet so that it looked like the shoes had a strap.
- Socks -
Kneehighs with a red stripe painted on.
