This cosplay I feel is never going to be completely finished lol!! I'm always working on something with it.
With this cosplay I am using my own hair (not a wig), This whole outfit probably took about 4 days of constant work (not including brakes) to make this outfit...ugh those sequins.

The bodice base that is under all of the sequin was bought from Halloween City~ Pretty good quality (I was surprised) it has boning and is a pretty good material :) The sequins were bought online at Hobbylobby, each cut in to squares and rectangles then glued on. (I would suggest E6000 for gluing...i used a hot glue gun.)

The skirt is shiny blue for the under skirt and a icy sheer fabric. That's really it about the skirt lol!

With this shirt for the sleeves I had already had the shirt done so I pinned it up at the shoulder after folding the shirt in half of course. Using a plastic storage bin and getting the dye ready I dip dyed the sleeves up to the elbow and let it air dry.
