Boy did I have fun with this one! ONE DAY I'll get good pictures, Anyhow
Hat: hand made, started with a umbrella base and put basket reeds on top, Pink kimono is my own design, I got pink, flowers, green leaves and white clouds and that's the only thing that's the same. The kimono is gradient dyed and BLEACHED (that's right bleached my bleach cosplay!) Bleached in clouds, appliqued the flowers on, hand embroidered the leaves...all 100 leaves on.
Haori the lining is hand dyed to get that lush rose color, made with no pattern but based off of traditional Japanese style haori.
Shihakushō is well....simply that, hand made, added a few extra yardage to the hakuma so it was more bleach type flowy and it made my fat butt look good.
Wawarji, woven via a tutorial on youtube! Hemp is awesome for these by the way, totally holds up for a few wears and isn't too abrasive on your feet!
