Hand sewing... all the embroidery and fun... yep. This was my second cosplay with a ton of embroidery and I had improved over time. I actually made two renditions of this cosplay as I worked to develop my skills. The sandals are flip flops and leather straps. They are very comfortable and fun to wear. The sling shot and wooden sword are made out of poplar and were hand cut, carved, and painted by me. They are quite beautiful and probably my favorite parts of the whole cosplay.

Best in Show: Anime Salt Lake 2012 (With the first rendition. I wanted to see if I could hold against bigger fish at a bigger event so I updated and upgraded the cosplay.)
Best Craftsmanship: CONduit 2012
First Place Intermediate Cosplay Presentation: Anime Banzai 2012 (I competed with my sister at this one. I was Link and she was the Bug Princess Agitha. Her Agitha cosplay won me First Place Craftsmanship as well.)
