This was the first costume I made, ever! I was such a baby. I did not even take it! It was so huge on me......It took me awhile to get confident enough to start taking things in. Honestly it scared me beyond all reason. I don't know why looking back on things now. To get her dress the shape I wanted, I hand sewed a hula hoop into the bottom of it. Truth be told, I forgot what pattern it was I used, but it was a little girls dress. Since I am literally child size, i only had to extend the bodice.
