SoMAG Cosplay 1 2013

My costume our first Cosplay of the year was inspired by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, particularly that devilish wraith, the Cheshire Cat. All accessories - claws, tail, ears, fur stripes - I made myself. Originally the costume was to have a blue bobbed wig, but the wig died the day of and I had to resort to a fedora with my ears pinned onto that. This also meant I couldn't wear another piece I designed for it - a miniatureised version of the Mad Hatter's tophat. Nevertheless, I won first place!
