The outfit is really cute, but surprisingly, not many people knew we were from Sword Art Online - even other Kiritos/Asunas. Oh well, that's what happens when you're cosplaying promotional art and not from the show itself.

The dress is a hideous Halloween satin with nicer satin details. In the true spirit of "wow that is a fugly Halloween abomination", I used cheap, itchy lace. Sheer orange ribbon was stitched onto the hem and armbands. The gloves were purchased from Spirit Halloween, and make everything difficult. The corset was my first corset, and it wasn't big enough to go over my hips, but nonetheless, it is charmeuse with zip ties used as boning.
