Made in early 2014, before the official Frozen pattern existed (I'm still bitter about this!). I used Butterick 4131 for both my skirt and bodice, which are both made from casa satin from Joann's. I drafted the slit myself, and the skirt is lined. The bodice is embellished with sequins that I hand cut myself from 20mm rounds into rectangles (I purchased them from bergerbeads.net, in the dior blue color) and then had to punch a second hole in. They were all hand sewn on. My undershirt is a mesh shirt purchased from eBay.

My cape was the corresponding casa chiffon from Joann's. I drafted it myself on my dress form. I used several different stencils for the snowflakes. To create the snowflakes I used Mod Podge with loose glitter. It sparkles like crazy, and the cape's probably my favorite part of the costume. Glitter is still consuming my life, a year later. My wig is a Suzi in titanium blonde from Arda with a few extra wefts. My shoes began as a silver pair of d'orsay pumps purchased from eBay that I painted blue. The ice details on my shoes are craft foam.
