My big project for the end of the year and most of 2016. Return to Oz was my favorite movie growing up. Ozma was not only one of my favorite characters in the movie but I had always wanted her breath-taking gown. So I'm going to make it. This is my dream cosplay that I've been wishing to make since I started sewing.
