So in celebration of my two years of sewing I decided to completely remake and redesign my Pinkie Pie cosplay. I had done her as my first sewing project back in 2012 so it was really exciting to revisit her. I'm really happy how she came out too! I went with a 1950's party dress feel.
The dress was an edit of a Butterwick pattern and I added a half button up back with pearl buttons. There is hand beading on the belt part as well.
Her cutie mark is hand embroidered patches that are removable. I also made the matching scarf for her hair. The shoes were also an edit with paint and added bows. They also have glitter added to the heal.
Her wig was two wigs sewn together to make it really thick. That suckers heavy!
Also designed and made the cannon as well. It doesn't shoot anything out as of now.
I can't wait to wear her with my MLP cosplay friends at AWA!
