I bought Seras off Cosplayholic.com which they are amazing with commissions and their cosplays in general. The eye makeup was not my idea it was a friends idea XD I have been in love with Seras since i was in the 7th grade. Her personality speaks to me and i don't ever see myself giving her away to anyone <3
