Skirt was purchased YEARS ago when I cosplay Yuki Cross, and turtleneck was just modded from a F21 one with fabric paint. The wig was a long process of splicing together two wigs to get one that seemed natural since most twin tails never seem to cut it for me. After salvaging wefts from a Homura wig, I used super glue along the stub to keep it stationary and fashioned both stubs to the bows which clip in like normal. The stubs themselves are inside of the wig between wefts.
