I made this dress back in 2013 and wore it to Katsucon 2013 and 2014. I added the headpiece this year. I found the pieces at a dollar store, they were originally nightlights that I took the lights out of and glued together and stuck on a headband. It is the first cosplay I had made by myself and I love it dearly.
