Making this outfit was amazing! It was only the second cosplay I ever made myself, and it taught me MANY new things.
The top is made out of Seersucker, the skirt is Broadcloth and Chiffon. The collar, cuffs, and lace are all ribbon.
I spraypainted a pair of brown shoes I bought for $2 at the thrift store, and I made the flowers out of craft foam and hot glued them.
