I made the leggings out of lycra and pleather for the top. The "teeth" are craft foam, and the bottoms have interfacing sewed in so that they flare out are are stiff.
The jacket and Yukata are made of a silk-satin and the Yukata is lined with pleather as well.
For the hat I modified a $3 witch hat I bought on Ebay, the fabric is a $1.50 per yrd promo bolt I found at Wal-mart, the texture is very similar to an umbrella!
