This costume was intense to make and took A LOT of work and time to make!

Body base: The whole body of the costume to give it the right shape is made with a harness that goes on his back that is made out of pvc piping and wire.

Cloak/hood was made by just draping fabric on him as he wore the harness. The fabric we used was a thick bottom weight fabric that was distressed by hand. All of the gold designs were appliqued using a gold satiny material and heat n bond, all of the applique patterns were hand drawn and cut out by jonnymenace. All of the beads on the hood were made out of resin, and we drilled holes into them and hand sewed them all down. We bought the little gold coin sequins and hand sewed them all to the hood. The tassles were bought and hand sewed them all onto the cloak. Wire was added to the hood to give it its shape, the inside of the hood is a wire frame inserted into the hood point, with black sheer fabric hand sewed onto the frame, the eye part is glued to tha fabric and is made out of red plastic and foam, the glowing part of the eye itself is a clear ornament painted and an red led light attached inside that is then secured to his head with a chin strap.

Tabbard: we made our own pattern for this and attached grommets to the top so we could tie it around his neck. The applique was all hand drawn out onto heat n bond and cut out by Jonnymenace.

Arms: the arms are made out of pvc that is covered with foam, then we made a fabric overlay for them that we then coated in several coats of liquid latex, then it was hand painted and we glued black strapping onto them.
