Special thanks to SparklePipsi and Maryssa for planning construction notes and getting the fabric for everyone! Top patterned from a Butterick evening dress and modified to add points and tails. Skirt pattern is consisted of 3 half-circle skirts (I slightly have a more ruffled skirt since I gathered the two tiers at the top rather than patterning it as a flounce). Sash pattern thanks to SparklePipsi for providing the vector for us to be consistent. Gold stars are plastic ornaments split into half and painted on the inside. Glued, tacked, pinned into place. Boot cover patterning instructions thanks to Maryssa. Made from white pleather vinyl and blue spandex (covers the entire boot and zips at the back). Thank you to Kie (BabySnowLeopard) for making the candid sashes for all the girls that wanted one ^^ we glued new stars to gem and added snaps and fixtures where they were applicable.

Ever since these costumes came out in the anime I've been wanting to make it. At first I wasn't too sure if it would be possible to churn out the costume during the busy winter break to be ready for the first con in 2013. But I was so glad Angel Hearts pulled together and made it happen.
