As you all have seen, my daughter makes a super cute Chibiusa. So I made Neo Queen Serenity for International Sailor Moon Day. I completed the dress in a week and there are a few things that I need to fix on it. But I love this dress and I can't wait to wear it again and get lovely pictures in it.
