Debuted 2013 at A-kon

The mask is worbla with a foam base. Normally, we make our own props, but this was a special commission from our friend at B3 Designs.

Zuko’s Double Broadswords - The blades were cut from a plastic storage tub and spray painted for the metallic look. I doubt we will use this method again. They were difficult to cut and didn’t hold paint very well. The sheath, pommel and guard were made from veg tan leather side. Dyed and painted. The strap was made from oil tan leather.
The belt, boot covers and bracers are all leather as well.
