I thought Tsuruhime's basic bow was a bit too idk boring (well I'd already made Siesta 45's bow which is similar), so I thought I'd try my hand with feathers and make one of her alternate weapons. So 4 pounds of feathers, an entire bottle of Fabric-Tac later (and a week full of late nights) - voila!
The wings ended up being a bit bigger than I had first originally intended, but considering the only reference pictures I had were photos I had taken from the TV screen during the game, I think they turned out alright.

As for the outfit itself, I hand-embroidered the entire vest (front and back) with wool (since it wasn't too clear from the reference pic as to what it was made out of and I thought the hand-made look made it suit the period more...or something)...
And as for the ribbon-laced sleeves (and collar), I sewed a boat-load of button holes to keep everything from fraying.
This outfit is so deceiving; it looks pretty straight-forward but everything took soooo much time to do. I'm glad the wig wasn't any work tho haha

Since these photos were taken, I went back and painted the armour on the sleeves and I gotta say it looks infinitely better now.
