The cape is Biking Red stretch sateen from Joann. The pattern was altered from a child's poodle skirt pattern. I took the hood from a LOTR pattern and attached that to the cape. The jacket was taken from a Butterick formal jacket pattern and altered. It is fully lined and the outer layer is a stretch suiting. The skirt is a panel skirt made of Potting Soil stretch sateen, ruffled with my new ruffle foot and attached to a corseted waist. The lining of the corset is duck cloth, and it has 12 steel bones. The grommets are black metal and it laces up the back. I got the idea for the sparkle 3D maneuver gear straps from a friend's WCS costume. My patches are from Serephitic Patches, since the computer that I use for my embroidery wasn't working at the time I decided to make the costume. My gray tights are from WeLoveColors. My wig is from Epic Cosplay. I cut the bangs and fluffed them up. My glasses are from Rue 21.
