I bought a cotton suit from eBay, then dyed it turqouise. The darker bits are drafted from an original pattern using a stiff cotton. The belt is craft foam covered in fabric, and the darker-thigh bits are attatched with spray-adhesive. The arm/leg cuffs are socks that I dyed dark blue and cut.
