Harley is one of my favorite villains in the DC comic books. When I saw the trailer for suicide squad, I knew I had to cosplay this lool. The shirt I got from Hot topic, along with all the jewelry and tights. For the shorts I just dyed a pair of my own jean shorts with red and blue dye. The boots I also already owned.
