I put this together last year for salt lake city comic con 2015. It took around three weeks for the head. The red limbs is a morph suit, I bought a sweater from the DI, and sewed a heart on it, and then made the head out of paper mashé, cut out the eyes, and sewed some thin red material onto it so I could see. The Squib is made from soft green fabric and stuffing. I made around seven tentacles, and tied them together, then carried him around with a red wagon. I also bought some black shoes from Wal-Mart and put some white tape on the sides.
