The core of the triangle is made of foam board. I then made a pattern around it to create the yellow casing that makes the "skin" of the triangle. There is a hole in the front of the foam board that lines up with the black of the eye, which is actually a mesh material that allows me to see out of the front. I made the base of the hat out of thermoplastic and then covered it with black fabric, the arms are made of wire (to be moveable) and also covered by the same black fabric. There is a hole in the bottom that allows my legs to go through (in whatever leggings I feel like wearing). The lines on the body are painted.
